These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SocialNow, operated by Evidence Ventures, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing SocialNow from the Clover App Market, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

SocialNow is designed for use by Clover merchants to generate, schedule, and publish social media content. You are responsible for ensuring all content published through SocialNow complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of each social platform (Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok).

AI-Generated Content

SocialNow uses artificial intelligence to suggest social media content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for your specific business.

Account Access

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize SocialNow to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting accounts within the app or through each platform’s settings.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content published through SocialNow. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SocialNow is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will achieve any particular business result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evidence Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SocialNow.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SocialNow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
